Many franchise organizations like ERA struggle to find the right balance between local entrepreneurship and running a consistent ‘global’ brand. Within ERA specifically, each and every franchisee has a different housing portfolio and sells houses in different regions. You can imagine this isn’t easy to manage centrally.
